Music Donavania, 22 October 2022 - South America Southern Cone

All dishes served at this event were from South American countries of the "Southern Cone", Chile Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Cuisines of Chile, Paraguay, and the far northwest corner of Argentina have significant influence from Native American tribes, while the main cuisines of Argentina and Uruguay are purely European, with a few native ingredients tossed in.
