All the dishes served at this event were Philippine. Why Philippine (90.1% Christian, 80.6% Catholic) for a celebration of Pagan music? We honor the 0.2% of Filipinos who still adhere to their tribal religion. We also salute the Philippine Independent Church, who's social and humanitarian policies have moved much closer to those of the Pagans than most other Christian sects.
