This is a table condiment and light seasoning version of Cajun Seasoning. For a powerful cooking and rubbing version see Cajun Seasoning #2.

There is no standard formula, but this one is typical for table condiment and general seasoning.

Make   -   (8 min)
  1. In a spice grinder grind together all Grind items very fine.
  2. Mix thoroughly with Salt.
  3. package in an airtight jar to store, or put up in salt shakers for table use.
NOTES:
  1. Chili Powder:

    The cayenne pepper is for hotness, the chili powder can be selected to add flavor or more hotness. Aleppo Mild will add only flavor, but at least one prominent writer adds 1 t Ghost Pepper which adds quite a bit more hotness. There are plenty of choices all the way between.
