Man with a Knife
There were a number of dreams this night from which I remember fragments. In one, everyone was in Elizabethan costumes out in the countryside. It was, however, not set in Elizabethan times. There was some discussion of people who had lived then.
Another set of sequences featured me driving the XK120 Jaguar. I was wearing the black Panzerkorps field cap I always wanted when I was driving that car, although I think I had made this one myself.
There was a short attack scene where someone had a long knife and was going to attack people in stalled traffic. I quickly disarmed him with a swiss engineers bayonet I happened to have on hand. He proved to be hungry, drunk, and relatively tractable without his knife. During this time the XK120 slowly transformed into a small pickup truck, then on into a very large truck, like a dump truck.
