Garlic granules
Coriander seed
Paprika, sweet
Chili Powder (1)  
Lemon Pepper (2)

Oregano

Make   -   (15 min)
  1. Crush Coriander Seeds, then grind together All Items in a spice grinder or Mixie. Run to the texture you want, Commercial products are a little coarse, as is our photo example.
NOTES:
  1. Chili Powder:

      Here you control the chili heat by selection of powder and amount. Aleppo Extra Hot for low heat, Korean Flake for moderate heat, and on up. For details see our Chili Powders & Flake page.
  2. Lemon Pepper

      This can be purchased commercially, but is much superior made fresh at home - see our recipe Lemon Pepper.
