This dip adheres well and is great with cruidités. Its interesting and unusual flavors will make your dip unique. Here in the "Capital of the Pacific Rim", we use flavors from far away. It's simply our Indian Green Mango Chutney mixed with Yogurt.

Do Ahead   -   (37 min)
  1. Make GREEN MANGO CHUTNEY per our recipe.
Finish   -   (5 min)
  1. Measure out Yogurt. Mix in Mango Chutney until evenly distributed.
  2. Serve chilled.
NOTES:
  1. Green Mango Chutney:

      This can be made a couple days ahead. You will need to acquire a fully unripe mango as explained in our recipe for Green Mango Chutney.
  2. Yogurt:

      Read the label - some of the major brands use sweeteners, preservatives, flavorings, etc. The one I use has these natural ingredients: Cultured grade A pasteurized milk, non-fat milk, cream, tapioca and pectin, active cultures (S. thermophilis, L. bulgaricus, and Lactobacillus).
  3. U.S. measure: t=teaspoon, T=Tablespoon, c=cup, qt=quart, oz=ounce, #=pound, cl=clove in=inch, ar=as required tt=to taste
