Georgian Walnut Dressing / Dip

This dressing is extracted from our Geogian Green Bean & Walnut Salad recipe, but it deserves serious consideration for dressing other lightly cooked vegetables, and especially as a dip for raw or lightly cooked vegetable sticks.

Walnuts
Garlic
Wine Vinegar red  
Lemon Juice
Water
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper, black
MAKE   -   (1 hr - 20 min work)
  1. Check WALNUTS to make sure they're fresh (no rancidity) and grind them very fine. This should make about 1 cup.
  2. Crush GARLIC and chop very fine.
  3. Mix All Items and set aside for 1/2 hour or more to blend flavors.
