This dipping sauce for spring rolls is sweet/sour, very tasty and with as much chili bite as you want. See Spring Roll Sauce #2 for a Vietnamese style dip.

Palm Sugar
Water
Rice Vinegar
Fish Sauce
Chili Powder (1)  

Make:   -   (10 min)
  1. Mix All Ingredients
  2. Let it rest 20 minutes or so before using. Packed in a small tightly covered jar this will keep a month or so in the refrigerator.
NOTES:
  1. Chili Powder:   I use Indian Khandela or Reshempatti which are fairly hot, but in this quantity they give a chili bite that's fairly mild. Select a powder that gives you the heat you want. For details sse our Chili Powders Page.
