This is the dressing from our Green Bean and Tomato Salad. We set up a separate page for it because we think it deserves wider appreciation. As you can see by the toothpick stuck in it, it is stiffer than a regular oil and vinegar dressing.

Tarragon fresh (1)  
Dijon Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Wine Vinegar
Olive Oil, pure
Sour Cream
Make:   -   (10 min)
  1. Chop TARRAGON fine. Mix all All items and whip until smooth (I use a mini-prep food processor) and chill well.
  2. Whip again if needed. Made in the mini-prep it will not need to be whipped again, but whipped by hand it might.
NOTES:
  1. Tarragon:   If you can't get fresh Tarragon, use about three times as much fresh Dill.
  2. U.S. measure: t=teaspoon, T=Tablespoon, c=cup, qt=quart, oz=ounce, #=pound, cl=clove in=inch, ar=as required tt=to taste
